Stream

1. After task is started (i.e., task-started event is received), call StartPushing API to push your video stream.
2. Streams are continuously pushed to the target url. If you want to stop, call StopPushing API.

You will be charged according to the duration of the task, so remember to stop the task after stop streaming.
